Greetings,
Recently, I have had users tell me that they are receiving the same
message over and over. Inserting a rule is the quick fix for this, but I
would like to know if anyone has any experience with this type of behavior
and any possible fixes.
Another problem that pops up from time to time is Netscape users get
prompted for Authentication (of POP). I haven't seen this in Outlook Express
or Eudora. Any ideas?? Thanks for your help.
