Hopefully somebody can explain this. When a mailing list is created, two
files are also created that hold user/address information:
users.lst
users.txt
I've noticed when a subscribe request comes in via email, both files are
updated. WHen a users is addedd or deleted via the web interface, only the
users.lst file is updated
So then, we now have a file, users.txt, that contains the email address and
name of people NOT subscribed to the list or digest. Is this a bug or
supposed to function this way by design.
If by design, what is the purpose use of the file?
