Sorry, I did not check KB myself, but thought there was something. Guess it
might depend on what you searched for, too.
Ok, no forwards. How about seeing if the users folder is created and in it,
the main.mbx and sent.mbx files. Main is the email storage. I sort of expect
that sent.mbx will not be there.
Did you change the 'mailbox delimiter' in the Registry? That is the one I
though should be in the KB. Changing that means that Web MSG cannot deliver
to 'user-sent' or 'user-draft' because '-' is no longer a valid delimiter.

Question/Problem: I see that every user can create multiple mailboxes below
his main mailbox.
eg: user [EMAIL PROTECTED] can create mailboxes such as:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] and so on. How can I disable this feature?
Answer/Solution: You can change the character used to delimit the
mailbox name in a user ID.
1) Run regedit. Locate the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Ipswitch\IMail\Global
2) Under this key, create a new registry string variable named
MailBoxSplitChar.
3) Set this variable to the new character.
4) Stop and restart the SMTP server.
Warning: this change will prevent Web Messaging from sending copies
of messages to a sent or to a draft folder.
