Hawk,
Are you saying the POP3 and Web MSG services are now running uninterrupted,
since your stopped
some portions/all of the Compaq Management Software? I'm not familiar with
this software and what it does. Can you be a bit more specific about what
you did to resolve this? I'm sure others here would like to know and it can
also be added to KB for others outside the forum!
