I had same problem and found an issue with the javascript in the default web messaging
templates for iMail6. I fixed it by this change:
file: usradmin.htm
In the javascript onsubmit method for the delete button, replace
doButton('<!--IMAIL.DeleteButton-->')
with
Validate()
