Be sure that you understand the difference between the MX record being in your ISP's
database, and the MX record being in the DNS system. From what you say, it sounds
like it has always been in your ISP's database. However, it has *not* always been in
the DNS system. When we checked the other day, it just was not there. It wasn't
"hiding", it wasn't unreachable or timing out. Your authoritative DNS servers said
the MX record did not exist.

But, the good news is that it is in the DNS system now. And, you should be able to
use our virus scanner tester ( http://www.declude.com/tools ) now.
