I'm getting off topic here, please forgive me, but when I tried to go to
www.complex.is all I get is a white page with black text saying:

"
Your IP address (208.170.56.139) could not be resolved to a valid hostname.
Please ask your sysadmin to fix this in the DNS and try again.
"

208.170.56.139 is one of my proxy servers. What does this mean?

Good idea!

FYI, I believe that IMGate does offer virus scanning. However, I believe it
requires an annual fee to Kaspersky, so depending on your situation, it may
be worth checking out.

Most of our customers are running McAfee VirusScan ( www.mcafee.com ) or
Frisk's F-Prot ( www.complex.is ). McAfee is better known, but isn't
designed to deal well running multiple instances. You'll notice it causing
errors at perhaps 10,000 E-mails/day, and lots of 'em at 25,000+
E-mails/day. Declude v1.12 and higher will attempt rescanning those files
up to 5 times, which means the mail will almost always get scanned. But,
between "almost always" and the higher CPU time, it can be an issue for
larger sites.
