Scott,
The domains that IMail knows are listed directly under 'Localhost' with the
full name shown. You might have to 'Refresh' (press F5 when localhost is
selected) in IAdmin after you create the new domain. Close then open the
program, just to make sure. If you don't see it, then there is something
very wrong.
Did you install IMail while logged in as the System Administrator? Are you
still logged in as SA when you created the new domain?
If the above is true, then it sounds like IMail is having troubles writing
to the registry. Did you change permissions on the Administrator account or
otherwise limit its ability to make registry entries? You can open Regedit,
hkey_localmachine\software\ipswitch and see an IMail folder. Under that is
one named Domains and under that, the list of IPs and virtualXXX and the
domain names themselves. If you see the original and the new domain names,
that is good. Then the problem could be that IAdmin is having trouble
reading the registry.
If all the above fails, I'd suggest uninstalling IMail, then installing
again, being sure that you have logged in as Administrator for the whole
process. (I'm assuming you are an evaluation user and have not created so
many domains/users, that you could not add them again. If I'm wrong about
that, then some other things may need be done, to preserve all that data.)
