Hi Everyone,
A client - who has been running fine for quite some time now - has mentioned
that their messages are no longer downloading to their POP client. I
mentioned that if they "Read" the message via the web interface that they
would not be able to download them when doing a send/receive in Outlook.
However, they assured me that this was not the case and sure enough, when I
logged in as the customer the email were still sitting on the server as NEW
messages.
I then found out that it is not just this one client account, but rather,
everyone in their domain can no longer download their messages.
I've rebooted the server and looked at different settings but I'm at a loss
as what to look for and what caused this problem.
This is a dedicated mail server and has several hundred domains on it and it
stays quite busy.
Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
