We run IMail Server
6.06. Our mail client software is Outlook Express 5 and we run
IMAP.
Users often complain
that Outlook indicates that new mail has arrived (on the lower right corner of
their screen) but it does not show up on their inbox.
I understand there
may be a "header" reading problem when using Outlook Express. Is there a
utility or routine we can run on the server or client side that would prevent us
from having to upgrade to Outlook 2000? or other email
client?
