I got that too, and found no workaround for this. It is
inconsistent,sometimes it happens, sometimes not..
Once I got tired of this, I created a scheme to automatically maintain an
Imail broadcast list for all users in my domain and send them broadcasts
using standard e-mail client like Outlook instead of buggy mailall utility.
