Len, please help me too if you would. I have a similar problem but my NDR's
do not return a descriptive message. In fact, there is no error message
other than "This Message was undeliverable do to the following:". And then
it's blank after that, only showing the tagline about "if you think this is
an error, contact the [EMAIL PROTECTED]".
I can send mail to my IMail machine from the tampabay.rr.com domain (home
mail account) but from my company's other domain, interactive.net which is
an Exchange server on the WorldComm backbone, it does not reach the IMail
server. It's just a receiving mail problem from that domain, I can send
just fine to everywhere.
The name of the domain is digitalfusion.com and the mail server resides at
mail.digitalfusion.com (209.49.234.149).
I'm thinking since it's a new server the PTR record might not have
propagated to the interactive.net domain but it's been over 4 days. Thank
you!

SOA's ns field and NS records don't match.
which is the Imail Official Host Name and which is the mailhost
alias? sitepower.com or mail.sitepower.com.
