Since you are digitalfusion.com, that means that IMail is generating that message 
(unless there's another mail server with extremely huge problems).

Actually, it *is* getting to the IMail server.

The only way to know if the new PTR record has propagated is to know the old TTL 
value, which is impossible to find out after a change has been made (neat, huh?).

Anyways, the PTR record isn't the problem -- when sending mail *to* you, mail servers 
don't do reverse lookups (well, they could, but it wouldn't be useful).

Try sending another message from that other domain, then take a look at the IMail log 
files from that time period and see what it says.
