actually what i do is use Search and Replace program on a schedule and
replace all co>, ed>, ne>, go> and or> with the respective correct
renderings once a day on all aliases.txt. Works fine until Ipswitch fixes
it.

I'm guessing by the lack of response on this question that Ron's excellent
interfaces are the only way around the Address Book glitch and Ipswitch
hasn't even cared to fix the problem. Am I correct?

Subject: [IMail Forum] Address book glitch
I forget, has there been a fix (not the knowledgebase workaround) for the
Address Book last character dropped glitch? I'm still on 6.04 and have
people finding that addresses in their address book show up without the last
letter and I don't think I should have to tell them to manually
'work-around' the problem and am sure that a good company like Ipswitch has
addressed such a usability problem with more than a workaround.
I am also certain that if my department would let go of a little tiny amount
of money, I could fix many of my problems with HKSI's KillerWebMail, but
that's another mailing list. :)
