That's apparently a standard line inserted by Lotus Notes. We see it regularly in
spam (about 200 out of the past 4000 or so spams we've collected have it in there),
but it's also in legitimate E-mail. I believe that "Serialize by Router" header is
always inserted by Lotus Notes.
