Rick,
The TAGS.DOC and others are in that directory when you install IMail along
with the default templates. Did you overwrite the default templates?
The files you are looking for are in the default zip file here:

I downloaded a sample template for setting up IMail. In IMail Server User's
Guide is stated that there should be a file named 'tags.doc' in the web
directory (IMail Top Directory\Web. Unfortunately the file is not included.
Can anyone help me out with that file? Also buttontxt.ini and message.ini
are missing in order to be able to change the labels for HTML form buttons.
