[IMail Forum] Mail Bagging

I have a client using an older version of Novell software with Groupwise. 
Their administrator says that the Novell server is looking for their email
via the MX record from a mail server that is "mailbagging".  Nothing I have
tried downloads their mail.  Suggestions??
