I am taking over another ISP that was using the same version of Imail that we are using Version 6.
That makes things easier.
I need to know what they need to send me so that I do not have to add each account into our Imail individually.
Can they just zip up something and send me, and I can import them?
If so, what are the steps, and how should it be done, and what files do they need to send?
They can export the users into a text file, or comma delimited file and you can use the adduser.exe file to add the users all at once to the domain. That might be the safest. Are they using the same database as you? eg. Are you both using the IMail database or NTSAM etc?
