We have a situation where multiple users are checking the same account, sometimes at the same time. All users are leaving the message on the server so that the other users can check it also. Every so often, all the saved messages on the server come back to the users. The uid's have changed. I believe it is because of multiple users accessing the same account at the same time. Ipswitch said that this situations can corrupt the uid file and we have to go to imap4 to solve this. We are using pop3. At this time, we can not switch to imap4. Does anyone else have this situation or a solution?
