Sheldon,
The help files for IMail Web messaging are (obviously) .html files located
in your <Drive>\IMail\Web folder. I bet that if you reinstall the stock
IMail Web templates, this will fix your problem. Before doing this, however,
I'd suggest that you copy your [customized?] templates to a different folder
so that you can selectively restore template files one by one until... it
breaks ;)
