Gabriel,
You need to provide more information! Describe what the users are attempting
and the responses/errors they get/see.
The fix Ron gave has always helped anyone using AOL and IMail Web Messaging.
Except if there were multiple firewalls (AOLs and yours) involved.
A few have had good luck using AOL for connection, but using a standard
browser (IE or NS) to connect to IMail.
