[IMail Forum] Auto-reply on every incoming message?

Is there a way to have an e-mail, not just a tag at the bottom of the e-mail, be sent to every user that sends a message to an account on my domain?    The reason for that is we are switching domains and the old domain will not be valid after a few weeks or so.  My CEO would like an e-mail to go out to every person that sends a mail to one of our users to inform them of the name change.   Can this be done?  Preferably without Perl scripting and lots of variables and parameters?
