If you've got the same user open in both sets of templates, then you've got
two separate sessions for the same user. IMail doesn't like that on the
admin pages, and that's what it's trying to tell you with the "being changed
by someone" message. You should test with only one browser session per user
at a time, and you'll have to wait half an hour or so for the old session to
expire (or log off to expire it immediately).

ps. Sending support questions on our HKSI products directly to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] or to our [EMAIL PROTECTED] list will be much faster, and more
