I recently switched from mailmax (altough version 3) to IMail.
Reason: I kept getting a buffer error.
Support kept telling me that it is a memory problem on my box.
I didn't want to switch to version 4 since I didn't now if that error would have occured again under
version 4. And to increase memory wasn't an option.

Mailmax is cheaper than I-Mail but I like the GUI (handling) of IMail much better than Mailmax version 3.
Just some comments.

Betreff: [IMail Forum] IMail or MailMax?

Hi ...

We are happy with IMail 6 but like to keep our eye on other products.  Just started taking a look at MailMax4 from SmartMax and it looks a pretty good product.  The one feature I do like is the fact that everything is stored in a database.  This would make failover very easy?  Have any of you looked at it all, would like to hear any feedback? Please email me offline if you wish.

regards

Phil
