I am currently working on a project for a client's domain that involves some
serious customization.
Here is what I would like it to do:
- Generally, it is going to be two web pages i) to administer these options
ii) for the general public
Admin side:
1) Be able to add a user to the domain (POP account using the adduser.exe
syntax)
2) Be able to add a program alias for email-to-pager feature
2) Be able to add a forwarding option (so that the POP account can also be
(.,-style) forwarded to a program alias that runs the bpclient.exe for pager
purposes.
Client side:
1) Check email (no problem there)
2) Turn on and off forwarding option (problem)
I have successfully gotten that ASPExec.dll working on my server, however,
it is just the syntax of the .exe's that is causing me grief. It is no
problem to add users and standard aliases using a web interface, but here
are the two major problems:
*1* How do I use addalias.exe (using correct syntax) to add a PROGRAM alias
that will run the bpclient.exe for email-to-pager.
*2* How do I use the adduser.exe command (using correct syntax) to add a
user PLUS a (.,) forward option (or perhaps modify to add a forwarding rule)
I hope this email makes sense to someone :)
Thanks in advance. You people have been extremely helpful in the past.
Regards,
