[IMail Forum] Aliases in LDAP?

How can we get aliases to show up in LDAP?  I know if we create a mailbox with the same name as an alias it would, but then how would we get the mailbox to point to the alias, for example, All_Employees?  And then, would there be mail direction problems since there’s a mailbox the same name as an alias like the way it does with a mailing list?
