One of the reasons for upgrading to IMail 6.06 was
to offer bulk WebMail. However, if I want some users or some domains to be able
to access POP3/IMAP and possibly Web mail, there is no way to prevent web mail
only customers (users or domains) from accessing and using POP3/IMAP. The only
way to ensure that web mail only customers cannot use POP3/IMAP is to set them
up on a separate server where the POP3 and IMAP daemons are
stopped.
PS: The Global Settings function indicates
that you can disable POP3 access. What it really does is disable the account.
With the account disabled, you cannot login over web mail.
Please provide "Allow POP3 Access" and "Allow IMAP
Access" in the same manner as "Allow Web Access".
