You are right, the manual is targeted at IMail Administrators and much less
toward users. I guess I would suggest you contact your IMail Administrator,
if you don't find what you need in the manual or the KnowledgeBase. The
people in this forum also answer questions on a wide variety of subjects.
Have your IMail Admin check the list your setup and he should be able to
help you get it working. If you provide info about the list and allow others
to subscribe, it can be tested from outside, too. The wrong setting could
keep anyone outside a selected group, from posting (i.e. Moderated lists
have only one acceptable sender!).
