Is there a way to let users log on to http://email.test.com without having
to type the port number 8383 AND without having an IIS5.0 for redirecting?

I have my default web page on port 80 (IIS) auto-transfer the user
to 8383
ie
if you load
http://email.chartway.com
then it automatically transfers to
http://email.chartway.com:8383
please let me know if you need the code of the 'index.htm' page on
the 80
port (IIS) to do the auto-transfer
