After looking at the logs I find the following lines

20010302 151637 127.0.0.1       SMTP (1780) processing C:\IMail\spool\Q0db30b2.SMD
20010302 151637 127.0.0.1       SMTP (1780) ERR webgistix.net not local nick from <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
20010302 151638 127.0.0.1       SMTP (1780) Creating message from Postmaster
20010302 151638 127.0.0.1       SMTP (1780) finished C:\IMail\spool\Q0db30b2.SMD status=2
20010302 151902 127.0.0.1       SMTP (1628) processing C:\IMail\spool\Q0054dbb.GSC

Is that second line saying that the username isn't valid, or the hostname isn't?  I do get a message bounced back that says
