I believe you will need to talk to Bell South about this.  Regular DNS lookups will go 
to your DNS servers.  But, reverse IP address lookups use the in-addr.arpa domain 
(instead of .com, .net, etc.), and go to Bell South for 216.77.x.x.  They will need to 
have it so that 216.77.76.245 either has the entry you desire, or goes to your DNS 
server.
