Yes, I had the exact same problem that you are having.
We had a really old version of Imail that was installed. It was version
4.x. What we had to do was call IpSwitch and get the full version from them
in order to do the upgrade. I just finished upgrading Imail this morning
from version 6.05 to 6.06 and didn't have any problems.
