If you do not have NT Service Pack 5 (or later) that could be the problem. Otherwise, you can add them manually: Run Regedit. Locate the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Ipswitch/IMail/Domains. Add keys for the missing IP addresses. Create a string value "Official" under new IP address key. Set it to the Official Hostname of the domain for that address. Highlight the hostname key associated with that IP address, and make sure its "Address" value is set to the correct IP address for that host. If it is not, change it. Stop and restart the SMTP server after the change.
