        We've got an open-source ASP product
http://humankindsystems.com/products/#102 we sell that will enlighten you I
think. We run adduser.exe and ldaper.exe from it. Think permissions.
"Everyone" does NOT include "IUSR_MachineName". Set perms on adddomain.exe
and I think you'll be happy.

I'm fighting with my ASP implementation of an add domain mechanism using
adddomain.exe and I'm ready to give up. As others on this list have
experienced, the damn thing runs fine from the commandline and from batch
files, but will not run via ASPExec or other Execute Objects. I'm most
perplexed and ready to throw the ASP implemenation out the window and go
back to the manual method I've been using from ColdFusion. I just didn't
want to spend the extra $$$ on another CF license for such a limited
purpose.
