>How about Linux? Can I achive this with a Linux box?

MTA's like postfix and sendmail have numerous features called header
re-writing, virtual domains, etc which give tremendous flexibility in
addressing schemes and tactics.

eg, with postfix, in IMGate, you could have a lookup table file
called "canonical_recip.map" that would be:

#alias domain canonical domain
domain1.com realthang.com
domain2.com realthang.com
domain3.com realthang.com
domain4.com realthang.com
domain5.com realthang.com
domain6.com realthang.com
.
.
domain50.com realthang.com

so that any mail arriving at IMGate for

RCPT TO:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

would be translated into

RCPT TO:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

and relayed to realthang.com which is a single, actual mail host on Imail.
