I am growing concerned about the number of funny issues people are having with web messageing and upgrades etc. These seem to be continued, unexplainable ocurrances. I have something to note here. Why is it Ipswitch advertises Imail 5 in magazines? 6 has been out for quite some time and I have been reading their ads in Windows NT/2000 mag for several months where the text continually refers to 5, not 6. Is this an error, or do they really have no faith in 6, which is now at level .06? I mean, if this is an error, it really doesn't suprise me that its been running this way fo MANY MANY months.
I hate to sounf ticked/pessimistic, as I like how easy Imail is to run and how light it is. But, the support and fixing bugs just isn't there. The web messaging attachment problem is costing us, a reseller, sales in the end.
I hope I don't get flamed for this, I'm just thrwoing out my $0.02 and trying to show a paralell here.
