Patti,
This is the setting in the email client and it changed? Well, it is not
IMail, I can say that! I really don't know what would cause the settings in
the client to change.
Just check DNS and it looks OK and I see a different address for mail and
vip1.net, so I can also see why that change would keep someone from getting
to the mail server.
I wonder if the user made the change.....? That is the only way I know it
could happen.....
