Hola Melody.
Te diría que pruebes cambiando el nombre del mail host, poniendo como nombre
server.gov.ar, y como alias mail.server.gov.ar. Eso desde el registro de
windows, fijate en http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19991007-DM01.htm
Además, en accept.txt, deberías llenarlo con datos distintos a tus localhost
( casos de roaming )
