While IIS can be configured to selectively bind to any of the IP addresses
of your server, Imail always binds to ALL of them. So there is NO way to
have IMail running on port 80 if you need to run IIS on port 80.
Redirecting or frames are your only "easy" alternatives. You could also run
some "proxy" ISAPI that takes requests for port 80 and then internally does
HTTP requests to port 8383. I've seen other software do that.
