It will if you tell it to, here, in the last line:
maps_rbl_domains = blackholes.mail-abuse.org,
dialups.mail-abuse.org,
relays.mail-abuse.org,
relays.orbs.org

That ought to do it.
I don't run orbs, but I know others who have tried the above syntax
say it works (and they also decided not to run it)
orbs is so aggressive that you should have some rejects every day, so
look around:
grep </var/log/maillog "orbs" -i
I remember Scott saying orbs have been playing with themselves, so
maybe there's a different url to enter into postfix's config.
If you can't find any orbs in your maillog, then I'll ask in the postfix list.
