ORBS suddenly switched around their databases a month or two ago, requiring everyone 
to reconfigure their software.  Where relays.orbs.org was used for about 5 different 
ORBS tests before, the same ones are now split among various DNS zones (such as 
inputs.orbs.org).  Pretty stupid in my opinion, as it now takes about 5 times as much 
bandwith and resources to look up all the tests.

But, as a positive side effect, many programs that previously weren't able to 
distinguish between the various tests now can.
