It is likely a problem on the other end. Their Entourage mail client isn't reporting
a very useful error message. Without knowing which command Entourage sent, and which
reply IMail gave, there isn't much we can do.
If you have POP3 logging set up, you can check your logs, and see what happened at
that time, to see where the problem lies.
Were things working fine for that domain and recipient before? Are other people using
that domain having a problem?
