Thanks Len,
you are right, but I cannot configure Imail server to "send all remote mail
trough gateway" because I need that SMTP32 send mail via DNS.
this is my scenario:
I have a imail server with some virtual domains and in the same server I had
installed a Trend antivirus "Interscan Viruswall".
I need that all mail inbound on this server are received on port 25 of
Viruswall smtp that forward to imail smtp (configured on another port);
Imail is configurated to relay for local users only and send outbound mail
using dns.
This configuration is necessary to force all mail via Viruswall smtp
(elsewere trafic from virtual host / domain on the same server may result
without antivirus protection).
Well,
this configuration works fine, but using web messagging I'm not able to
force outbound mail to Viruswall smtp: I need to configure (modify ?) WEB
Messaging to use another SMTP server (in my case VirusWall SMTP).
Thanks again
Riccardo

Sure it does, it hands off to the Imail queue and gets delivered over
SMTP, just like any other msg.

Imail SMTP:send all mail through a gateway:ipadress where ip address
is that of the SMTP mail scanner.
