What ETRN issues? I do not know of any problem with ETRN. No, there is
nothing indicating any changes for ETRN.
If memory serves, you wanted IMail to not require 'Relay for Addresses' and
wanted to use a different setting and the 'accept.txt' file. Sorry, I
(IMHO!) don't think that will change, at least in the near term.
