go to www.abuse.net/relay.html to perform an anti-relay test - you may need
to register etc
if that is successful, go to www.orbs.org/closed_1.html, submit your IP and
wait ... dns zonefiles updates for each isp using orbs take times ranging
from 4-48 hours
