You want it to work this way.
"Relay for addresses" just prevents people from sending OUTGOING mail (to other
servers). It still allows anyone in the world to send E-mail to your local users. If
"Relay for addresses" didn't allow most IP addresses to connect to you, none of them
could send you E-mail.
