Format the info into adduser.exe or ldaper.exe format using excel, add default 
passwords for each of then and then save as using space delimiter.  That should make 
you a batch file you can then use to add the user to imail.

you can get  the structure of either by going to the command prompt and doing an 
adduser/? or ldaper/? for how to format the batch file...
