Rather than just accept it, you can do something about it. Try to track down what is
causing it. It doesn't randomly go to 100% (it has never happened here). Something
causes it. Take a look at the log files around the time that it starts, and see if
there is something common in the logs around that time. See if there are any files in
the spool directory from about that time. Is someone searching through a
multimegabyte mail file?
