Instead of saying Password Change Denied, Change User Info. Denied etc. it
might be better just to not show those functions.
I find the Read Mail and Summary buttons especially hard to read.
The copyright info at the bottom is almost invisible.
The Change Your Signature etc. buttons don't appear to be clickable until
you pass the mouse over them but the label Configuration Options appears to
be a button when it actually isn't. Could be confusing for first time
users.
Maybe add a message telling users to click the mailbox name to read their
mail.

I have been working on a template for IMAIL and I would love some input

works like it should.
