[IMail Forum] iwebmsg stops every 60 seconds

Hello,
        The sub says it all.  iwebsmg keeps stopping every 60 seconds or so.  I
have already rebuild the server through all of the latest patches, and it
keeps on.  pop and smtp are ok.  Ideas?
